Hardle is an amazing word game where you have to guess a new word every day. You have 8 chances (Wordle only gives you 6) to figure out the secret word. Each time you guess, the color of the tiles will change to indicate how close you were to the correct answer. Because the meaning of the colors changes every day, Hardle is harder than Wordle.

For example, if today's color is BLUE, then BLUE indicates that the letter is in the word but in the correct location, whereas PINK indicates that the letter is in the word but in the incorrect location. On PINK days, things are the other way around.

How to play Hardle

In Hardle, you have 8 chances to figure out the daily puzzle. Hardle's hint system uses pink and blue hints (and gray for letters that don't work) to show the player how close their guesses are to the target word.

For example, if in today's game the pink tiles show the letters that are all correct (valid letter in the right place) and the blue tiles show the letters that are only partially correct (valid letter in the wrong place), and they might switch roles tomorrow, the pink tiles would show the letters that are only partially correct while the blue tiles would show the letters that are all correct.

On a Hardle grid, you have to find the correct letters and figure out if the today game stands for a pink day or a blue day at the same time. Since the "meaning" of these colors changes randomly day by day, you can't predict what will happen and it's hard to know which color to work with to find the all-right word. Good luck!
