Lingle is a six-letter Wordle game where players have to guess the daily secret six-letter word. The puzzle can be solved seven times.
After each valid word guess in Lingle, the game will flip each letter to show you if that letter is in the target word. If the letter you guessed turns green, it means you got it right and put it in the right place. If a letter turns yellow, it means that the letter is in the word but in the wrong place. If the letter turns grey, it doesn't appear anywhere in the word.
The game is more difficult than it appears at first. You have seven chances to guess the word, but at first there are no hints. But that's what makes it entertaining — it seems impossible, but anyone who's stubborn can see why it's popular. You can also switch it to "hard mode," which makes it harder for people who really want to be stumped. Take your time and think carefully about the letters you're looking at.
