Rummikub, the original Rummikub, is one of the most loved family games in the entire world. Ephraim Hertzano, the game's inventor, introduced it to the West. This classic family game has been a huge success over the last 70 years thanks to its unique combination of luck, tactical thinking, and intense competition. Rummikub contains 106 tiles, including 2 jokers. You can choose from black, red, orange or blue tiles. They range in number from 1-13. Rummikub's goal is similar to traditional Rummy, where you must form melds from different combinations to get rid of all your tiles. The value of a tile is equal to its number, and jokers can be substituted for any point value.
The game is won by the first player to use all of their tiles. The total value of all other players' tiles on their rack is added together - jokers are worth 30 points. Losers lose less than their total tiles value, while winners score more than the total tile's value of the winner.
