Gordle is based on Gordie Howe, a Canadian hockey legend, and functions just like Wordle except that all guesses must be a five-letter last name of a current or former NHL player.
Gordle gives you five to six chances to guess the player's last name. If you put the right letter in the box, the box will turn green. If you put the wrong letter into the box, it will turn yellow. If the box turns gray, that means you guessed wrong.
Why is this so hard? In Gordle, you can only guess the last names of hockey players with five letters. This means that you can't just type in random words to get closer to the answer. That's too bad, because it means there are no good ways to start here. Just you and how much you know about hockey players from the past and present. Just enjoy your new hobby while you wait for the next Wordle.
Gordle is a great choice for hockey fans who also enjoy a good word puzzle game. It has a wide range of puzzles that can be played over and over again. The daily answers provide appropriate hints for this puzzle game.
