Wheredle is the latest Wordle clone that challenges players to guess the state of the United States using Google Street View and compass directions. Your goal is to guess which state you are located in. As you move the camera or locate clues on signs and shops, or as the game suggests, distinguish 'vibes' from locations, you can use the navigation arrows to move up and down the streets, or click and drag to move the camera. The game lets you navigate the streets using the navigation arrows and move the camera by clicking and dragging as you scan for clues on signs and shops, spot landmarks, or discern the 'vibes' of a location.

How to play Wheredle

This brand-new game takes the Wordle concept in an entirely new direction. This game uses Google Street View to challenge players to guess which state the location may be located in by using six tries. You don't have to know the street or city - just the state. Due to Wheredle's randomness, the answer may be as easy as identifying the state from a landmark or a sign. Despite this, Wheredle players must guess based on the general vibe of the area, since the view lacks distinguishing features.

Similar to other location-based Wordle games, Wheredle displays guiding emojis to help you reach your next guess if you guess wrong. There are six possible guesses before the correct state is revealed.

Using Google Street View alone makes it difficult to make informed estimates about a place, but those who pay attention to the details may be able to do so. A great game to try if you want to challenge your global knowledge, Worldle is all about guessing countries by looking at silhouettes.
