Each level of Word Stacks has a hint, and all words are related to that hint. It combines crosswords, trivia, and strategy. If you have no more moves to make, the puzzle will automatically shuffle for you. There are several options for difficulty, from very easy to extremely hard.
Word Stacks has many levels, each with a subject and words based on that subject. You can start with the very first level and the first chapter. Each level has its own theme, and each level has its own set of words. At the top of the screen is a list of black circles that indicate the number of letters in each word, and at the bottom is a list of letters.
The letters in this word game are stacked on top of each other, so it is called Word Stacks. You have to determine which word you are looking for from the stacks. You can find your word vertically or horizontally, and it could also be forward or backward in the stacks. Fill in all the correct words and move up to the next level with ease. If you put the right letters together to form the right words, you'll move up the circles and get a commendation.
The playable backgrounds in this game can be changed easily. There are dozens of themes to select from, so you can change the look of the game as you wish. Some of the themes in the game are free, others require coins to buy. As you play, you earn coins through bonuses, or you can purchase them from the store within the game.
